This 18-Karat white gold pendant necklace features a unique Italian design of interchangeable gemstone backgrounds within a diamond pave-encrusted circle pendant. The 'mood' discs include Mother of Pearl, malachite, turquoise, onyx, and red corral. The diamond weight of the pendant, which features pave across the branching lines of the circle and the mini circle above, totals 0.95 carats. The necklace contains 7 grams of gold and measures 16" in the chain with an added 1.5" for the pendant drop.
